I was confused by the first book until I realized the other books were parts of the first. The books made it seem long but even so, I fell in love with the characters and found myself not wanting this story to end.

This was a love story- very believable. A story we all have wanted for ourselves at sometime or another. I give this story 5 stars- for it is very well written.

Great historical romance

I'm a huge Eliza Knight fan, but I was struggling by the 2nd book to finish. It was a great story, I just thought it could have been shored up a lot quicker than 3 whole books. Of course I will still always grab an Eliza Knight book whenever I see one.

I can’t believe i listened to the entire book. I should have just stopped after the first chapter, but noooo! I kept hoping it would get better. Spoiler, it didn’t.
The female narrator was just bad. Her voice was distracting at best and usually just plain annoying. The whole book wasn’t plausible. It was just a poorly written book with bad narration.
It had potential, but clearly it was lacking. Just don’t buy this, it’s not worth it.

Struggled to finish. Felt like too many sex scenes and not enough story...Would have preferred Anthony Ferguson voice only. Did not like narration of Arika Rapson.

Considering the female character was from the future, how can she be so annoyingly weak?? She had no skills, no modern smarts to use to solve problems!! What was the use of the female character being from the future? I feel the author could have done so much better if she gave Emma some kind of power. If you’re going to transport the character back in time, at least make them some kind of bad ass.
This book was such a letdown, considering I kept to the 3rd book to see how things went 😔

She is a wimp and he is too easily taken in to lead!!! And using a dildo he has used on other loose women is disgusting not sexy.
