Publisher's summary
Everything changed the day I saved his life.
I used to hide my magic. Mainly because I didn't want to be persecuted. I mean, even more so than I already was for being human. Humans aren't supposed to have magic. It's what makes us susceptible to the Corrupter's infection. And I don't just have one type of magic. I have all the elements, even Spirit—the element only Wraith Lords control. At best, the other races of Varr would see me as a mutant. At worst, a threat.
Then the Corrupter attacked our village. Two Wraith Lords came to defend us, but despite their superior skill with swords and Spirit Magic, I knew one of them would die. So, I used my magic to save him. It was the best decision I've ever made.
His name is Ratharin. He's brutally handsome, with hair as black as a raven's wing and lavender eyes that I could happily stare into for days. As a Wraith Lord, his honor is unquestionable and his bravery is infallible. He has a body honed to kill and magic granted him by the Goddess herself. Everything about him makes me shiver and salivate. And he wants to take me with him. To meet the Emperor. To help him fight the Corrupter. To start a new life. No more hiding. I'll get to be myself. But the best bit, the thing that made me say yes, is I'll be a part of Rath's life. For that, I'll do anything.
The Wraith Lords is a slow-build Gay Fantasy Why Choose (Reverse Harem) epic adventure series with sexy, magical men fighting an epic battle of good against evil.

Story
Ashley Perrin is fresh out of college and starting a job as a community liaison for the Third District–the city’s only sector with more alien residents than humans. Ashley’s barely found where the paper clips are kept when she’s beset with constituent complaints–from too much noise at the Annual Lupidian Celebration Parade to a trip-and-fall chicken to a very particular type of alien hornet that threatens the very city itself. And if that’s not terrifying enough, Ashley is next up at the office karaoke night.

It’s 1984, and life has changed beyond recognition. Airstrip One, formerly known as Great Britain, is a place where Big Brother is always watching, and nobody can hide. Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Story
The fate of the world hangs on my heart. The planet of Varr has been at war for centuries. A mage known as the Corrupter magically enslaves humans and uses them as his soldiers against the immortal races. As a human, I should be mortal, magicless, and susceptible to the Corrupter's Death Magic. I am none of those things. I was born with magic, making me immune to corruption, and I recently discovered that I'm also immortal. I was also born with a destiny. I'm supposed to unite and empower Wraith Lords—the magical warriors blessed by the Goddess to fight the Corrupter. You wouldn't think ...

Wren is drawn into a strange world of exorcisms, hauntings, and poltergeists. Are these men really the ghost-hunters they claim to be? Or is there something more to them—something magical? Interesting delivery
This was my first time with an AI voice. There were some inflection errors and mispronunciations but no more than mediocre narrators. The story was interesting. I wasn’t sure what to expect nor even if this was the first book. The series order is unclear but I did like this story line. Ember is gonna have his hands full.
