About this listen

Re-released in a second edition with new scenes.

Julian Lodge has everything a man could want. He's rich, successful, and owns the most exclusive club in Dallas. But something is missing.

Finn Taylor has worked his way up in the world from humble beginnings in Willow Fork, Texas. The only thing he still loves in his hometown is Danielle Bay. He never told her he was actually bisexual, and he never confessed his love for her. Now she's getting married, and Finn is sure he's lost his chance with the only person he'll ever love.

Julian's vacation to the Barnes-Fleetwood ranch brings them all together. After Dani jumps into Julian's car while fleeing her wedding, Julian knows he has to have her. But nothing is easy in Willow Fork. A danger from Julian's past threatens them all. Julian will have to convince both Dani and Finn that being his will be the best decision they ever made.

Texas Sirens Book Three

Texas Sirens Book Three.

Julian Lodge is the owner of the hottest club in Dallas, but he requires control in all aspects of his life. Taking a vacation isn't something he does often. When he decides to visit his friend and former protege, Jackson, Julian isn't sure what to expect. However, it is not speeding off with a bride fleeing her wedding. Danielle Bay panics at her wedding and leaps into Julian's car without a thought. Thankfully, Julian takes her to Jackson's ranch where Dani knows she will be safe. She doesn't want to call her best friend because Finn Taylor is the reason she ran. As the three come together, Julian finds that he wants them both. Maybe this vacation will become more interesting than he thought.

If you're looking for a redemption story with a hint of danger and a splash of denial, this is the book for you!

This whole series on repeat

First of all, I love Lexi Blake. She writes the best menage and BDSM books IMO. Her character development is intense and I get so involved in every one. I have my favorites (cough Ian Taggart) but each book has so much depth.

Secondly, Julian is one of the toughest nuts to crack out of all her characters. Dani is the eternal love optimist and I can relate to that. Finn is a perfect 3rd that sometimes is quick to jump to conclusions but balances the other 2.

I do like this narrator and she suits the series with her southern accents. I love Ryan West so much (who also narrators Lexi Blake's Masters & Mercenaries series) but I think CJ Bloom was needed for the female portion of these books.

Always fun to visit the Siren/Bliss worlds!

I always enjoy reading about the Siren world and the Bliss universe. I decided to listen this round, and I was happy to see Ryan West was the narrator. I would have been completely happy if he had narrated the whole thing. But I almost turned it off once the other narrator started talking. She destroyed these characters for me. She made all of my macho men sound like dumb hicks. I had already bought two books, but I won't be buying any more audible in this series as long as she's in it. I can't listen to her anymore. Story-wise it was great.

Two Thumbs Up!!

I was hesitant based off one of the reviews, but after reading it, I must say it really wasn’t bad....It had an awesome storyline, of course I know I love the characters. I’m still trying to get used to some of them from the last book, but it wasn’t bad. Plus I understood how they’re trying to show there’s a small town lifestyle vs city life and because of some bigotry they struggle to combine......It wasn’t bad!

This should be a psychological thriller

Dani is running from the altar and straight into Julian's arms. Without knowing it, their lives will be irrevocably changed. Finn has loved Dani forever, but he is struggling with his own sexuality and isn't ready to claim her..not until he has no other choice.

This story is like a little a book of therapy. Julian is struggling with his tightly controlled world coming apart. Someone from his past is trying to kill him. he's attracted to a woman who is new to the lifestyle, but pushes all of his protective instincts, and on top of that, he is equally attracted to her friend. Julian has to work through his past. Finn has to work through his sexuality issues, and Dani has to work through her submissiveness while learning to love the men in her life.

I enjoyed the story and seeing how Julian became the man we know and love. I don't want to hear the word "contract" again for a while. That man used a contract like a security blanket :) This story gave us the perfect set up for Lucas and Lexi.

*sigh*

It has been a while since I read this, but I don't remember Ian Taggert making me cry. But I should know it Tag is around, I will probably cry. He does that to me. Even when he is little more than a walk on. He comes in, spouts his sarcasm, or in this case, sage advice and I cry. But I love him! *sigh* Oh yes, Julian is pretty hot too, but he doesn't make me cry, though I did feel for him. I am thrilled he found Dani and Finn. Loved how that happened. I guess it would be more correct to say they found him. Well Dani did anyway. Wonderful story.

Narration was Well Done!

If you have issues with MMF relationships as opposed to MFM, you may want to pass on this one.

This was not one of my favorites as far as the relationship was concerned. Julian, Finn, and Dani didn't have an amazing amount of chemistry. The entire way the started just didn't fit for me.

I could live with the way Dani met Julian. But, it pretty much left me with some issues? For example, why run from Finn of all people? Why was Dani so easily accepting of this lifestyle with this stranger? Why was Finn so worried about his preferences? Did he think one was worse than the other?

Another thing that bothered me was Dani's acceptance of her sister's behavior. Jimbo was a better person and more trustworthy than her sister despite what he had done. It felt off in many aspects and didn't flow for me, but other parts of the book did.

I did like the narration, but I am also a big Ryan West fan. I wish he could have read more of Julian's narrative. I am also up for any book where Ian Taggart makes an appearance, lol.

The semi-mystery, danger, and suspense were intriguing. I wish the outcome had been a little different. I wanted to see some people suffer a bit more for their behavior. Hmmm....maybe I would have fit in well at McKay Taggart.

I also wished that it hadn't taken Julian so long to get his act together. Those back and forth, hot and cold scenarios were irritating.

Not my favorite, so far, but still an entertaining listen. I would give this 3.5 stars.

menage and mayhem and 2 fab voices!!

🅰🆄🅳🅸🅾🅱🅾🅾🅺 🆁🅴🆅🅸🅴🆆

CJ Bloom and Ryan West narrate this one.

Menage, BDSM, and broody Alpha plus suspense and attempted murder? Yes,please!

Even though this isn't my favorite series, it's still Lexi, so it's impossible not to listen!!

I love getting the origins of McKay-Taggart plus Julian Lodge and The Club.

I feel like listening to these after reading all the M&M books is a fun way to enjoy this world in a whole new light!
