Amri Johnson, a Social Capitalist, Epidemiologist, Entrepreneur, Behavioral Change Expert and Inclusion Strategist shares in his book, "Reconstructing Inclusion: Making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Accessible, Actionable, and Sustainable" how an "Inclusion System" emerges from deconstructing and rebuilding inclusion's most fundamental concepts reclaiming their transformative potential for DEI practitioners and the organizations they work with. As the CEO/Founder of Inclusion Wins, Amri's mission is to create thousands of organizations that thrive via inclusive behaviors, leadership, structures and practices. For over 20 years, he has been instrumental in helping organizations and their people create extraordinary business outcomes. With an English and Biology degree from Morehouse College and a Master's degree in Public Health from Emory, Amri is building a global cooperative of people-focused solution providers whose work is informed and enhanced by inclusiveness. Amri’s dialogic approach to engaging all people as leaders and change agents has fostered the opening of minds and deepening of skillsets with organizational leaders and citizens enabling them to thrive and optimally contribute to one another and their respective organizations. Born in Topeka, Kansas (USA), Amri has worked and lived in the U.S. and Brazil. He currently lives in Basel, Switzerland, with his wife Martina and their three kids and works with organizations around the world.
