Born in Co. Wexford, Andrew Hughes is an archivist, historian and novelist. His first book, Lives Less Ordinary – Dublin’s Fitzwilliam Square (1798-1922), was published by The Liffey Press in 2011. His debut novel, The Convictions of John Delahunt, was short-listed for Crime Book of the Year at the Irish Book Awards. His second novel, The Coroner’s Daughter, was long-listed for the CWA Historical Dagger.
