Keynote speaker, author, and 'recovering academic', Dr Andy Cope has a passion for positive psychology and the sceince of human flourishing. Andy works globally, with an enviable client list that includes Microsoft, Astra Zeneca, HSBC, London Business School and Jaguar Landrover. Andy started out as a children's author, penning the 'Spy Dog' series for Puffin, before venturing into wellbeing and personal development. He has a string of best selling books, most notably 'The Art of Being Brilliant' (Wiley), 'The Art of Being a Brilliant Teenager' (Wiley) and 'Leadership: The Multiplier Effect' (Hodder). Andy's aim is to translate some of the highbrown academia into everyday language, and to bring energy and fun to the personal development genre.
