Angel Moscatelli was only fifty-three years young when diagnosed with the big “C.” Even though her father died of Hodgkin’s disease when she was twelve years old, she was not exposed to the crippling of the human body that cancer puts it through. Her father was in the hospital, got thin, and then left this earthly plane on January 24, 1974. It happened fast. Angel did not understand death completely when so much was going on with ten other siblings and a mom left alone to raise them all. So cancer equated to death for Angel, until she got diagnosed. Angel is a thriver and has three beautiful grown daughters and two grandchildren. Angel resides in Massachusetts and loves the four seasons that New England weather has to offer. Creating memories with her friends, family, and grandchildren is what life is about, now and always.
