Beth Wareham is a writer, editor and publisher with more than 10 health and cookbooks to her credit. She has edited two editions of the Joy of Cooking as well as Bobby Flay, Harold McGee and Temple Grandin's Animals in Translation. When she started drinking green smoothies, she lost the last 10 and stopped having pimples for the first time in 44 years. Her humor writing can be found in The Power of No, another great book for women. She recently wrote her first novel with co-author Jason Davis, an OG Blood from Harlem and longtime friend. Their collaboration, HAIR CLUB BURNING, is a wild romp where street meets privilege and all heck breaks loose, in the funniest possible way.
