Bryan Armentrout grew up in the wilds of Wyoming. Not many people out there, so it gave him lots of time to ponder the beautiful nature of the world he found himself in. When he was younger, he wanted to be a chef but has since gone on to become what is known as a Corporate Entrepreneur. This rare skill set allows him to help companies disrupt their status quo and rebuild with the right systems in place. He still loves to cook. Bryan fell into food quality assurance by answering an ad in the newspaper for a microbiologist and began his climb to Vice President. At one point in his career, he had responsibility over two divisions within a multibillion dollar dairy company. He has the honor of serving as the Vice Chair for the Safe Quality Foods Technical Advisory Council, a major global food standard. He also helps out with other food safety and risk mitigation programs when he can. He is very proud of the people he has worked with who have since gone on to bigger and better things. They make it all worthwhile. Bryan is the owner of The Food Leadership Group, who specialize in food risk management and meaningful quality systems. He is married and has the good fortune to spend most of this time in Colorado with his wife and their dog.
