Chip Espinoza, Ph.D., (1962-) was born in Espanola, New Mexico. His mission in life is to help organizations become worthy of human habitation. Recently, he has focused on the integration of young professionals into the workplace. He is also the Dean of Strategy and Innovation at Vanguard University of Southern California.
