Chloe Cohen was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998 at age 20. She was lost in a sea of uncertainty of her future. She learned how to adapt and continue to push forward through the struggles. In 2005 she started a support group for younger people with MS and is an Ambassador with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her story shows the hope, strength and courage it takes to live with a chronic illness and live a fulfilling life.
