Cynthia Haltom, Ph.D. is an accomplished educator and author of over 100 books. Many of her books are about cooking. She loves to cook and create simply delicious meals for her family and friends. Cynthia has traveled extensively and has expect knowledge and experience learning how to cook authentic ethnic recipes. She studied with some of the best cooks across the country and the world. Cynthia has advanced degrees in education, and has taught across all grade levels including adult education. She was the previous owner and administrator of Little Saint's Academy in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. She spend her free time writing and love to create handmade art through paint and sewing. She is well-rounded and does volunteer work whenever she get the opportunity to serve. Cynthia loves to travel with her husband and has shared many holidays visiting different countries in the world. She currently resides in Diamondhead, Mississippi with her husband and their dog Scooter.
