Dr. Jonathan S. Lee has devoted over 25 years of his life to sports nutrition and weight-training. He has, during that time, trained thousands of clients seeking to lose weight or gain muscle. In 1998, he attended King’s College University where he qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Nutrition and Medical Sciences. After applying his knowledge and experience as a personal trainer to many of his clients, he decided to amalgamate everything he had learnt over the years into what he refers to as 'The Lean Gains Book Collection.'  In 2015, he wrote his first book entitled “Lean Gains.” The following year, he rewrote this book releasing it as a second edition. An accompanying audiobook is also available on 'Audible.' In 2018, after another 2 years of extensive research, he wrote and published his second book entitled “The Essential Guide to Sports Nutrition and Bodybuilding.” This book covers the science behind fat loss and muscle growth in immense detail. With over 800 pages of content and 254 colour photographs and illustrations, you'll find all the answers to literally everything you need to know when it comes to health, muscle, fat, and exercise. 

He soon realised, however, that big, chunky textbooks were not everybody's cup of tea. When he wrote "How To Get The Perfect Body" in 2020, therefore, he summarised all of the salient points from his first two books. This 3rd book is an overview of the science, formulas, and routines needed in order to burn fat, build muscle, and look fantastic. He wrote it for those who are looking for a more concise, 'straight-to-the-point' yet science-backed guide to looking lean. Dr Lee wrote this book with the intent of the reader to complete it in less than an hour!!  Dr. Lee’s fourth and fifth books, entitled "The Ultimate Gym Workout" and “Your Pocketbook Guide to The Ultimate Gym Workout,” both provide and set in place a series of effective, tried-and-tested workouts and exercise routines that you can use in the gym. Because there's so much to cover when it came to these topics, Dr Lee created a separate book series for these 2 books which he entitled 'The Ultimate Gym Workout Collection.' 'Lean Meals for Everyone' was essentially the missing ingredient (pardon the pun) to his collection. This recipe book contains over 200 recipes and meal plans. As the title suggests, this book suits all dieters whether they're vegan, into counting calories, or are going keto. There's even a section in the book for those who are fasting and potentially interested in tasty zero-calorie drinks!! On top of that, Dr Lee provides great advice that will help keep you on track regardless of eating habit.
