Frank B. Haddleton was born in Boston. He was raised mostly in Dover, Massachusetts, but spent his childhood summers on Cape Cod, first in Chatham and later at an ancient family home in Harwich, where he first learned of his seafaring ancestors. He has been writing stories since he was six. After graduating from Haverford College, Frank earned his law degree at Northeastern University School of Law and his LLM in Taxation Law from Boston University School of Law’s Graduate Tax program. He has had his own law practice for 30 years. One day, while researching family history, Frank stumbled across shocking, long-hidden events in the lives of some his ancestors. These events were the motivation for extensive additional research and the inspiration for Walker’s Key. Frank lives in Burlington, Vermont, with his husband, Brian, and their dog, Abby. They make regular visits to Harwich Port and to Sarasota.
