JK is a first principles thinker who was born in God’s Own Country and currently lives with his wife in the Garden City of India. He grew up hearing and reading stories from the Bible, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata; stories of good triumphing over evil. His simplistic understanding was: God is good. No one else is. So make God your role model. As is common with humans, JK outgrew simplicity and made our world worse with elliptical belief systems, circular reasoning and self-centered assertions. The predictable spiral to cerebral rigor mortis was arrested by a tongue lashing from a close friend. Shaken out of obsessive negativity, JK scrambled for something else to obsess about. He got his wish – What did the Buddha see under the Peepal tree? JK found the answer to be common across religions and neuroscience with applications ranging from spiritual to personal and professional life. During his corporate career, he came across an equation created by Timothy Gallwey, a pioneer of coaching and performance improvement. Performance = Potential – Interference. The interference in this equation is not from your bosses, co-workers, departmental procedures and company policies. It is from your Self. Your performance will equal your potential only if you remove your Self from your canvas. JK understands this to be the core message of both Judaism and Jesus. He aims to share this understanding with you through his exploration of the Bible and the concepts of Identity and Self.
