Joseph Charles Albaugh grew up in Ventura, California. After a year at the Virginia Military Institute, he enlisted in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman from 2017-2022. His travels with the Marines of Combat Logistics Battalion-4, which is stationed in Okinawa Japan, took him to the far-off lands of Thailand, South Korea, Iwo Jima, and the Philippines. While in the Navy, he graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with his B.S in Political Science. He now resides in California with his girlfriend Mia Gonzalez and his dog Saffron.
