My name is Endure the Process, the Outcome is Far Greater Than the Pain and I am a success story. I was not born into a wealthy family. I did not have advantages that some people have. I was raised in a single-parent home by the age of 10 years-old after my father passed away from asthma. Despite all of these challenges, I was determined to succeed in life through the faith and love of my mother who passed away the first year I started nursing school. But I was determined to succeed in life, being the youngest of 17 siblings. Nurse Jacquelyn continues to Endure the Process of becoming a published author and motivational nurse leader speaker with 20 years of nursing experience in various capacities of professional nursing from bedside nurse to nurse leader. Jacquelyn is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2002) and Walden University with a Master of Science Degree in Public Health (2011). Extraordinary at walking others through a radical transformation, she is as relentless about her client's success as she is about her own. She is more than their coach, she's their champion. Because she doesn’t simply change lives- she expands them. SHE INSPIRES. SHE EDUCATES. SHE LEADS. SHE MENTORS She is reminded that with each pain comes a new level of strength. Enduring the process has taught her so much about herself, her relationship with God, and how to be successful. Her goal is to become a Motivational Speaker dedicated to faith community nursing and to share her God-given talents with the world. Enduring the process has been painful at times but it has also been worth it! She's built her storied life and career brick by brick, fighting fears, failures, and setbacks to have the success she's always known was hers to claim from founder and CEO of Serenity Nursing Consultant LLC to relaunching an outreach ministry, Faith That Heals, to transforms one life from pain to glory through this proverb, "God will give you Beauty for Ashes". Nurse Jacquelyn recently published her thesis, "The Role of Faith-Based Therapy in Treating Depression in African- Americans (2019) International Journal of Applied Research and Technology, which is the foundation for launching Faith That Heals to create safe spaces of hope, healing, and wholeness.
