Jane Lightbourne is the author of LOSS for adults, psychological literary fiction, described as 'raw & beautiful' and HANNAH, an emotive coming-of-age drama, out soon. Jane's first poetry collection, BRIGHT DUST, has been described by The International Review of Books as ‘beautiful and profound but also tender and enigmatic' and awarded a badge of excellence. Jane is currently working on a second collection. Her other titles include two chapter books for children 7 to 11, A TALE OF THREE TABBIES, described by LoveReading4Kids as ‘a heart-warming survival story – a tale of hope, humanity, triumph over danger, and adversity, and winning against all the odds,’ and MY CAT CALLED RED, described as ‘a book that really moves you & touches your heart & soul.’ Jane has worked as a lawyer as well as writing fiction and poetry. She lives in London with her three children and two rescue cats. Nevada Street Press was awarded Best Emerging Independent Publisher 2024 at the UK Enterprise Awards 2024.
