Jennifer Morton is Presidential Penn Compact Professor of Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania and a senior fellow at the Center for Ethics and Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously, she taught at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, the City College of New York, the Graduate Center-CUNY, and at Swarthmore College. She received her doctorate from Stanford University and her bachelor's degree from Princeton University. She has received a number of awards for her work including a Guggenheim fellowship. Morton is a first-generation college student who grew up in Lima, Peru.
