Jessie Fields is a Digital Wellness ambassador and the author of Digital Wellness in the Overwhelming Digital Age. With her background in high-paced, international roles, where travel and remote work are as common as in-office collaborations, her studies into digital wellness and mental health have benefitted her significantly. Now she wants to pass this knowledge on to you. She writes non-fiction on subjects around work-life balance and the importance of switching off and getting enough rest in this digital age, and her new book Rest & Recover in an "Always On" Society is scheduled to be published later this year. Growing up in Norway, where work-life balance is unrivaled, Jessie knows the importance of taking care of her mental and physical health. Therefore, she makes that her priority whether she is in Norway or anywhere else. Jessie’s favorite way to start the day is with her morning cup of tea out in nature, which she tries to do every day, weather permitting - she lives in London, after all!
