Josie Alana Shelton is an international travelling personal trainer, fitness fanatic and health/fitness author. Her mission is to share and spread her knowledge/expertise around the world to help as many people as possible achieve the body that they desire. Josie's been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and is an internationally recognized certified personal trainer through both the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the NCCA accredited National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). As well as being a CPT, Josie Alana Shelton has also received a certificate in nutrition through Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Over the years, Josie has transformed her own body, losing over 30lbs of body fat as well as helped dozens of her clients in Ontario reach their personal fitness and weight-loss goals. Throughout 2018, she trained at over 40 gyms across Latin America, and is now back home in Toronto, planning her next trip through Europe, Asia and beyond.
