She has served as Director of the Brazil Institute of Core Energetics, Co-Director of the Australian Institute of Core Energetics, and Assistant Director of the International Institute of Core Energetics headquartered in NYC. Wilner, who has degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, Syracuse University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, has been a speaker and presenter at over two dozen professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, Association for Humanistic Psychology, the Connecticut Women’s Consortium, and the International Institute of Core Energetics. She has been interviewed on dozens of radio and television shows in major outlets including Philadelphia stations WWDB, Talk Radio 99, and WDVT. She has published articles and book chapters on this subject, including "The Wounding Wound: Healing Prenatal Trauma" and "The Case of the Broken Heart; A Modern Perspective."
