It’s been almost 6 years since Kristin Rink (Votta) started her own coaching and consulting firm. She participated in her first communication and leadership course at the age of 10 thanks to her parents, and she coached her first leadership program 20 years ago. She loves working with adults and young people who want tools to be able to create the next big steps in their lives and careers. She wrote and narrated her first book for leaders in transition called Controlling the Pause: Reusable Tools for Leaders in Big Transition. While the book was written about her corporate and entrepreneurial clients, the same tools are easily applicable to any age and circumstance.
