After giving numerous presentations on the dangers of climate change and biodiversity loss, Leah Rampy became convinced that something was missing from the conversation that would offer guidance for these uncertain times. With a background as a teacher, professor, corporate and nonprofit executive, and leadership consultant, she began a decades-long journey to understand what lies beneath our unwillingness to change our interactions with the natural world. "Earth and Soul" has been informed by leading over a dozen pilgrimages and many more spiritual retreats, extensive reading and research, her contemplative spiritual practice, and the wisdom of the living world. Rampy holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum from Indiana University. She offer programs through Shalem Institute, the Center for Spirituality in Nature, Friends of Silence, and upon request. She is the founder and leader of Church of the Wild Two Rivers. After living in seven states and two countries, she and her husband found home in a cohousing community in Shepherdstown, WV.
