. There's something bittersweet about typing "the end." I just sent my most recent novel, After She Left Us, to my agent. Yes, I can offer a toast to its completion, but I'm bereft, too. After all, I've just said goodbye to my best friend of the past year. I'll just have to make up a new one. . SFWP will publish Her Secret Life in May 2017. Check back for more info soon... . Awards for Dissonance (SFWP, 2014) include the Jim Sagel Prize for the Novel, short-listing for the PEN Southwest Book Award, and selection by NPR Performance Today's Summer Reading Series and the Durango-La Plata Reads countywide reading program. Coyote Morning (UNM Press) was, like Dissonance, a Southwest Book of the Year, and was short-listed for the New Mexico Presswomen's Zia Award. As Lisa Lenard, I'm the author of a dozen trade nonfiction books, including the bestselling Complete Idiot's Guides to Tarot, Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, Drawing (& a few others I can't recall at the moment), & the Keep It Simple Guide to Dreams.
