Maggie Smith is passionate about people showing up as their authentic, whole, messy, vulnerable selves both at home and in the workplace. Maggie has over two-decades of human resources experience, and she also has experience coaching professional women as well. Maggie earned her Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University in Boston, majoring in Health Management with a minor in Human Resources Management. Maggie holds HR certification from SHRM, SHRM-CP, and HRCI, PHR. Maggie is also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. Maggie is a member of Chief, the Society for Human Resource Management, Richmond Society for Human Resources Management, the International Coaching Federation, and the Virginia Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFVA). Maggie resides in Richmond, Virginia where her pets grudgingly share “their” home with Maggie and her partner.
