Inspired by his son and shaped by masterclasses with James Patterson, Dan Brown, and Stephen King's On Writing, he completed his debut thriller, Undisclosed Location. Drawing on his world experiences and deep knowledge of finance’s dark side, the novel was crafted in settings as diverse as the Bahamas and Switzerland. Fast forward to the present: Max is now hard at work on his seventh book, set to release in April 2025. When not crunching numbers or penning thrillers, Max explores mountains, sails warm seas, and spends time with Flora, his loyal dog. His stories, informed by decades of financial expertise, aim to entertain while exposing the hidden truths of Wall Street and the darker corners of the world.
