May is an experienced software engineer and an advocate for mental and physical health. She indulges herself in her free time by studying psychology, self-development, meditation, yoga, Reiki and communication skills. She believes in order to be our authentic selves, we need to know and understand our feelings, emotions and patterns that have been created throughout our life and influence our behaviours. We need to redesign the ones that make us suffer and do not allow us to grow. To do so we substitute them with new and robust patterns that will help us recognize our 100% potentials and live the life we desire and deserve in this unpredictable world. She provides practical techniques and solutions to improve all aspects of life including relationships, physical health, finances, and so on. In her first book, she talks about expectations and their impact on our lives. In her opinion, they are one of the major thinking patterns in our daily lives that must be broken. If we learn how to manage and reprogram those patterns, we will become a better version of ourselves with higher self-love relating much better to our surroundings and eventually live a happy and fulfilled life.
