Mike Kleba is a public high school English teacher and theatre director. An artist and entrepreneur, he sits on the SXSWedu Advisory Board, Co-Hosts of the NYEdTech Meetup, and has been invited to speak around the globe. Interested in courage and vulnerability, he's run the NYC Marathon, gone hang-gliding in Brazil, bungee jumped in New Zealand, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. Kleba lives with his wife and dog in Brooklyn, NY, and believes that all great leaders act like great teachers. Ryan O’Hara, Ed.D., taught high school and middle school English for 10 years before moving into educational leadership. Before teaching, he apprenticed at Williamstown Theater Festival and performed in a national tour of Tartuffe and an American Globe production of Our Town in NYC. Dr. O’Hara currently works as a middle school principal, where he busks in the halls with his fiddle and tin whistle on holidays, recites Seamus Heaney and William Shakespeare to all who need inspiration, and strives to spot greatness in others. He lives with his wife, who is a school assistant principal, and three daughters on Long Island.
