Naomi has spent years working as a Drama teacher at international schools in the Middle East and South Korea and has often used stories to make sense of her own experiences and to build strong relationships quickly in new contexts. Now back in her home country, New Zealand, she writes children’s stories, romance novels and uses her voice to create audiobooks for published authors, as well as other exciting voiceover projects. With her two creative daughters and English teacher husband, they enjoy a lot of music, good books, home cooking and gardening not to mention the thrill of caring for their growing gang of pets. As a teacher, Naomi knows the value of stories which can transform self-identity and experiences into empowerment for young children, teenagers and adults alike. With qualifications in English Literature, Drama, Art History and Childbirth Education, Naomi has a broad range of passions and skills and loves the ongoing challenge of reinventing her life in new places. Underpinning it all, is her love of storytelling, which has woven its way into every facet of her life, so it is with great pleasure that she now honours that love, by sharing her stories with a wider audience.
