I've been dedicated to fostering positive change for over twenty years, initially through training and speaking to groups as large as 20,000. However, I discovered that simply teaching about kindness wasn't enough. Lasting change comes from action. Now, along with training and speaking, I coach individuals and organizations on how to be kinder, focusing on practical application rather than just theory. My work centers on companies and organizations because of their immense potential for impact. By training supervisors, leaders, and employees in healthy positivity, I empower them to create thriving work environments that boost retention, attraction, and remote culture. I'm passionate about helping leaders motivate their teams to reach their full potential, one act of kindness at a time.
