Pamela Skillings is an author, interview and career coach, and co-founder of Big Interview, the job interview training system that has helped millions ace their interviews and land big job offers. She has been featured as a career expert by The New York Times, CNN, ABC News, and many other media outlets. The Wall Street Journal even called her “a guru in the world of job interviews.” Pamela has helped thousands of coaching clients land their dream jobs, with big companies and up-and-coming startups, regardless of their circumstances. She also reaches millions more as the co-founder and chief coach for Big Interview, the interview training platform trusted by more than 700 colleges and universities, ten state workforce agencies, and millions of job seekers each year. Pamela co-founded Big Interview as part of her mission to help as many job seekers as possible and level the playing field for those without connections or access to a personal career coach. In addition to her work with job seekers, Pamela provides consulting and training to organizations committed to fair hiring practices. She has served as an adjunct professor at New York University, teaching future career counselors and coaches. She also provides advice on LinkedIn and loves to connect with readers. Pamela started her career in the corporate world, working in senior-level roles at Mastercard, Citigroup, and other top firms. She discovered her passion for career coaching after experiencing her own mid-career crisis. She walked away from a six-figure corporate job to start her career coaching practice. Her first book, Escape from Corporate America (Random House), was inspired by her career change and a desire to help others looking for more fulfilling work.
