Rossana Novaes is more than the founder and visionary behind MindShift Thrive Global Ministries. She is a compassionate beacon of hope and resilience for those she serves. A profound testament to her faith and a co-creation with her Savior, MindShift Thrive, was conceived in 2023 following a divine calling that Rossana received. Through her own journey of resilience, Rossana carries the torch of hope. She triumphed over two psychologically, financially, emotionally, and physically abusive relationships following her first divorce, which began in 2009. The testimony of her survival and thriving post-abuse is a testament to her strength and indomitable spirit. Beyond her personal experiences, Rossana has been a stalwart figure in early education for over 25 years, managing family-owned facilities and ensuring the foundational growth of countless young minds. Her wisdom stems from her rigorous academic journey. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Florida International University, where she discovered her passion for mental health. She further broadened her understanding by acquiring a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University in 2022. In addition to self-publishing and co-authoring her first book, If God Could Heal You Would You Let Him? with writer Jeff Miller, she hosts a Podcast on her YouTube channel, @mindshift thrive. The ministry is also releasing a variety of contemporary worship tracks on all streaming platforms as Mindshift Thrive Music that speak to the journey during and after a survivor's story and the God that continues to rescue and heal after abuse. Rossana Novaes is the 2024 recipient of the prestigious Centennial Full-Tuition Scholarship at Dallas Theological Seminary. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her family.
