Let’s be honest: if you’re reading this, it’s because you want to know more about me. Maybe you’re just curious or perhaps you’re not familiar with my work and want to make sure I’m worth your trust. Either way, it’s totally fine! I’m an independent author, the kind who does everything solo—including paying all the bills. Supporting indie authors is more important now than ever! I don’t have big budgets or a major publishing house backing me up. But don’t be mistaken—this doesn’t affect the quality of my books. Not being tied to arbitrary corporate guidelines allows me to create books that kids actually love, not just ones that sell more. If you’re looking for one of those polished books with a big marketing campaign behind it, you’re in the wrong place. My books are designed to engage your kids and ignite their thirst for knowledge. They won’t gather dust on a shelf. Instead, I must warn you—they might end up worn out or even have a few torn pages because your children won’t be able to put them down. Being an independent author hasn’t stopped me from becoming an award-winning writer of educational children’s books. I’ve received numerous accolades, including the Literary Titan Gold Award, the Literary Titan Silver Award, the Outstanding Creator Award for Best Children’s Book of the Summer, the Children’s Book International Award, and many more. Why? Because I love what I do! I grew up in a financially struggling household. I never had video games or the fancy toys that were advertised on TV—not even for Christmas. I played with pieces of wood that I colored in to look like cars. This isn’t some made-up sob story; it’s just how things were. But you know what I did have? Books. Lots of them. I kept myself entertained by reading classics and learning as many facts as I could from the encyclopedia. My books are exactly what that little boy—hungry for knowledge but with no toys—would have loved to have. Through my educational works, I hope to inspire children and entertain them at the same time. The world can be a wonderful place if we plant the seed of a passion for knowledge in our children.
