Scott Haskin is an Author, Composer, Drummer and Podcaster Author of the books Becoming an Indie Film Composer, helping aspiring artists find their path to the big screen and the What Happened In Vegas… series, coffee table books containing random phrases actually heard on the world famous Las Vegas Strip with 100 pictures to match per book. He is currently working on his first fictional trilogy, expecting to release in 2022. He has also has been composing music for the better part of 30 years, with 30 albums and a number of film scores to his credit. His music has also been used for commercial, radio and podcast themes. His Mental Sauna series is designed for relaxation, meditation and as a sleep aid, while his Haunted Holidays: Deadly Christmas series twists classic holiday songs into the stuff of nightmares. Scott is currently the recording drummer for the band AraPacis, based out of Montreal, Canada. Fronted by guitarist and primary songwriter Jerry Fielden, this progressive metal band has been joined by the likes of David Stone (ex-Rainbow), Don Airey (ex-Rainbow, currently with Deep Purple) and Vinnie Appice (ex-Dio, John Lennon, Black Sabbath and more). As a podcaster, Scott has two shows, the HaskinCast Podcast, a show where he interviews various people in entertainment as well as gives reviews of music that has impacted him. He also hosts Uriah Heep: The Magician’s Podcast, a deep dive into all the recordings of the world famous band Uriah Heep, with their endorsement Scott Currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
