Sue Seal is an established physical therapist, an Integrative Nutrition health coach, and a Yoga-Alliance certified instructor who helps successful, hard-working women lose weight and overcome their “Superwoman” complex. During Sue’s thirty years as a practicing physical therapist, she has witnessed intelligent women lose their bodies to illness and weight gain, and lose both physical strength and functional mobility of their body as they tried to juggle careers and a families. Her goal is to not only help guide women to lose weight, but more importantly, to achieve greater balance in their lives. Sue combines the Western philosophy of physical therapy with her Eastern medical beliefs, along with yoga, Jin Shin, and physical therapy, to help her clients achieve balance, harmony, and health. Sue enjoys living in the Pacific Northwest, at her home in Bonney Lake, Washington. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in physical therapy and received her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Sue is the founder and owner of Balance Beyond the Mat, where she enjoys teaching yoga and providing a loving atmosphere for her yogis. She has been happily married for more than twenty-six years, and has two beautiful children, two dogs, Ava and Leo and her horse named Buddy.
