I’m an award-winning writer, author and creative writing teacher at RMIT University. I’ve written three novels and published nonfiction work in national publications such as The Australian, The Big Issue and The Conversation. My first novel, The Current, was commended in the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for an Unpublished Manuscript. My second novel, White Foam, was shortlisted for Hachette Publishing’s Richell Prize and highly commended for the Jim Hamilton Award. I have also won the international New Millennium Writing Award for Nonfiction.
