One of this best book I hav listened to too
Revisado: 11-17-24
I think the book was great from beginning to end. There were of course some areas that were predictable, but there was some nice twist and turns that kept the suspense going. I love the telling of the story by the grandson and the love he shared of writing. They had a lot in common but yet they were very different individuals. Great book all the way around I wish there was a book 2 to the story to see the growth and development of his grandson and his grandson‘s family, I will surely keep an eye out if there isn’t one that already exist so I will definitely check right after I submit this review.
thank you to the author

Sexton Brother Series were Great
Revisado: 11-11-24
I enjoyed the entire series however I think the third book the closing book was the best book because it cleared up a lot of the mystery. However, book one and two were great stories as well. Each of the books had lag periods, but overall … kept my interest. I loved the way everything tied together in the third book , the mystery the twist, the guessing the intimacy the hurt the betrayal, the loss, the disappointment, the healing the love perseverance, and the commitments it was just a good series all the way around.

Great from beginning to end
Revisado: 10-22-24
I loved all the turns and twisted from beginning to end. There were a few predictable areas, but mostly there were twist and turns that were unexpected. I’ve listened to numerous books by this Arthur and I love most of them and this is one of my favorite because of all of the suspense..

Very interesting from beginning to end there were of course areas that were predictable but the different twist and the trials and tribulations of going through life with them without money with them without family and friends. I just thought the overall book was great and it’s one of my favorites.

Historia
Vienna Price never intended to return for more than a passing visit to Hope Harbor and all the bad memories she’d left behind. But when your career tanks, home is where you go to nurse your wounds and chart a new course. Only temporarily, of course—because as much as she loves her quirky mom, anything more than a short stay would drive them both crazy. A trip to Oregon isn’t in Matt Quinn’s plans either, until a perfectly timed appeal for help arrives from his sister.

Book 3 was good, but book 2 is my favorite
Revisado: 08-07-24
For me, Isabella became a pain various times in the book she was whiny. She didn’t listen she got into trouble. She jeopardize the safety of others and for me just felt annoying at times however, I gave the strong rating because the writing was good enough to impact me in the way that Isabella actually annoyed me, it was good to see her finally have a love match, and reunite with her family

Great from Beginning to End
Revisado: 08-06-24
I am really enjoying this series, but this 2nd book really pulled me in. Perhaps because the couple were both underdogs by not meeting society’s expectations. She wanted to do something with her life besides play dress up and use the money she had to make a difference and help others . The big beast of a lady’s man turned out to be a big lovable teddy bear and I’m sure he will be the same way as a father 🫶🏽.

Heartwarming story of the forgotten children
Revisado: 07-16-24
I was looking for a great love story that was clean and wholesome, and this was truly one of those stories. Some of the story was predictable, but there were some nice surprises, and I particularly enjoyed conversations with the children.. I also enjoyed the fact that the upper higher class was willing to draw back and have the empathy and understanding of the underprivileged children
