Religious Jibberish

This should be a pamphlet given to children when they exit Sunday school. The title is very misleading.

The idea is simple: You don't have to choose between being a pushover and a jerk. Using Radical Candor - avoiding the perils of Obnoxious Aggression, Manipulative Insincerity, and Ruinous Empathy - you can be kind and clear at the same time. Kim Scott was a highly successful leader at Google before decamping to Apple, where she developed and taught a management class.

I’m sure I’ll be accused of “mansplaining” or because I am white, but we could deal without all the privilege talk and making George Floyd sound like a saint.

Historia
In 2010 world-renowned innovation expert Clayton M. Christensen gave a powerful speech to the Harvard Business School's graduating class. Drawing upon his business research, he offered a series of guidelines for finding meaning and happiness in life. He used examples from his own experiences to explain how high achievers can all too often fall into traps that lead to unhappiness. Full of inspiration and wisdom, this book will help students, midcareer professionals, and parents alike forge their own paths to fulfillment.

Bait and Switch?
Revisado: 03-05-23
I feel like the title is way off base. While there is some decent knowledge in here, it has to do with business and almost nothing on a personal level. At one point I thought he would use the business applications and translate to the personal, but I was left scratching my head.
