👻UNFINISHED BUSINESS A MIDLIFE PSYCHIC MEDIUM SERIES NOVEL👻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whether you believe or not in spirits or the afterlife, this was an incredible story. I don't think I have ever read a book so fast. The levity between the two best friends was wonderful and made me wish I could have had someone in my life like that. It also helped with the emotional seriousness of the subject which was handled with great dignity and sensitivity. The support Angela had from her family and friends was heartwarming. I loved this story and will definitely be following this author. ...

Poor AI experience

The robotic voice is very annoying and distracting.
Revisado: 04-21-25
Listening to this is like listening to a monotone robot. it's very stilted with many pauses like a child learning to read. See Dick. See Jane. See Dick run.

Both main female characters personalities grated on my nerves
Revisado: 03-27-25
It irritated me most of the way through. one character was abused by her spouse and she spent most of the story talking her self into you of going back. The other one was messed up from the beginning of the story. Mostly both lying all the way through. One to herself and Cat to Viv.

Historia
It's hard being the youngest in a family of witches known for their power. It's even harder when that magical power has all but passed you by. Still, I was doing okay for myself. I like to think I was proving to the rest of my family that magic wasn't a requirement to living. Then Aunt Opal became the prime suspect in a murder investigation. Wouldn't you know it would happen right when everyone else in the family but me was out of town. Now it's up to me to prove her innocence, and a little magic could go a long way in helping me do that.

Historia
There's no place like home for the holidays ... especially for Lesley Carver. Life in the big city just wasn't her jam and now she's back in Hickory Falls, working at the family diner and helping her mom after she took a tumble. Lesley longs to build a life here, working at the cafe, selling her handmade ornaments and ... er, apparently reviving her high school crush on her best friend’s older brother. Only one problem, her mom wants her to leave Hickory Falls far behind.

Family, community, kindness
Revisado: 11-29-24
This was such a feel good story. I loved it took place in a small town and a couple sm totown businesses. The characters were perfect. The love story was very similar to the Hallmark movie plots but it was heartwarmimg.

Historia
Emerson, Georgia, and Marley have been best friends ever since they met at a weight-loss camp as teens. When Emerson tragically passes away, she leaves one final wish for her best friends: to conquer the fears they still carry as adults. For Marley, it's coming to terms with the survivor's guilt she's carried around since her twin sister's death, which has left her blind to the real chance for romance in her life. For Georgia, it's learning to stop trying to live up to her mother's and brother's ridiculous standards and learning to accept love.

Depression seems to be the Theme..
Revisado: 11-16-24
To be fair, I couldn't keep listening to it. It may have gotten better.
It was so depressing and drawn out. Especially did not like Emersons depressing story continue to be explained after death. These struggles are real but to spend time listening to so much additional negativity just reinforces depression. I just can't listen to anymore to even get to a part that's positive.

Very real, every day struggle with addiction.
Revisado: 07-15-23
This was a memorable book for me. This story is relatable for anyone who has ever had someone close to them suffer from addiction of any kind.
It's a story of an addict (in this case drugs) and his struggle to stay clean along with the struggles of those who it has affected but still love him.
At some points, it brought tears.
Great story. Than you for writing it.
The performance of the readers was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Revisado: 03-13-23
The story telling was great. I loved the characters. It was easy for the reader to visualize and feel these characters. It showcases how we allow other's to guilt or dictate their expectations on us for their own self-fulfillment. Allowing someone else decide your journey does not allow you to find yourself and your own path to happiness. Love that the author showed the struggles these characters dealt with and that they were were able to face then and find their own way while still showing and expecting respect!
