Historia
Dr. Margaret Richter has it all. She’s rich, thanks to her best-selling self-help books. She has a beautiful home in Cape Cod overlooking the beach. And she has a monthly book club that everyone is dying to get invited to. Literally. Because behind the crystal wine glasses, the fine linens and the catered hors d'oeuvres lies a tangled web of secrets, of deceit, of murder. No member of the book club is innocent—and many are guilty. And the person with the most to hide is Margaret Richter herself.

Love how Twisted and Intertwined
Revisado: 04-23-25
The Title is so apt of a description. A lot of little stories all twisted together to explain that blood & glue isn’t always what holds a community together, sometimes it’s Secrets, The Sharing, The Keeping, The Undoing …The motivations may be many, the victims unexpected, but the real surprise is who makes it out Alive…Enjoy the Read! I certainly did..it’s not a heavy read, even though it is murder on the half shell and everyone seems to be hangry and wants their own ser

Historia
One week with one little girl—an angel, according to my staffing agency. Acting as the short-term nanny for a single dad should have been an easy way to make some extra cash. Until I show up for my first day and face off with a demon disguised as a seven-year-old girl wearing a red tutu and matching glitter slippers. Oh, and her father? My temporary boss? Maddox Holiday. The same Maddox Holiday I crushed on in high school. The same Maddox Holiday who didn’t even know I existed.

Enjoyable, predictable, sweet, semi-relatable worth of a plane, train or automobile ride..the type of tale You’d grab and read sitting on a beach chair during summer, except it is a Fall/Winter, curl up before a warm fireplace read…

Historia
All the world's a stage...even when you're teleported to a new world. Struggling actress Cara O'Sullivan was walking down the street of Galway one moment, and the next, she was in an ancient tomb in a faraway world. Alone in the dark with her cell phone as her last tenuous connection to home, Cara sings her favorite song. To her astonishment, her song casts a spell of light into the world...and from the depths, something hears her. Challenged by a ghostly knight, a tragic necromancer, and hordes of undead, can a young woman who does not believe in heroes become one herself?

Hang On for another Wild Ride!
Revisado: 11-30-24
Gravesong is along Pirate’s writing style. Also, like her Wandering Inn Series that I Love this is part of the same World, with the same premise of ‘walking along and BLAM’ You’re elsewhere…and all the Adventure, Challenges, Villianous Advesaries that entails…along with the Bumbling Female Lead, who is only human but who somehow either has fate laughingly pulling the strings of her life, or whom has a talent of being in the wrong right place so that she acts as a catalyst of the times that causes all the right wrong threads to gather.
I found it a wonderful tale, and I chuckled, smiled, 2nd Guessed my presumptions, and felt as wrung out as the tale that was written, while LOVING every minute of it all!
Take my money please! I can’t wait to devour the next installment, although this is a practically a stand alone tale, so I look forward to seeing where the toad will take us. ….See You Next Time….Either in the Wandering Inn, Hell’s Wardens or the Gravesong Series…

Not a Fun Topic -Monotone Dry Natration
Revisado: 10-04-23
I couldn’t take it, it took time to even get to the point of what happened as a subject, and the entire time I wanted to reach for a butter knife to slit my wrists & end the pain of listening to
Such a Dry, Unemotional, Audio Delivery,,,Why should I care when the Narrator does even sound invested in such an important and emotional subject??
I would (+have had to) give this a PASS as I couldn’t listen to it any longer!! I didn’t get passed chapter 2-3 maybe??.,,it was just too Dull & Boring! (Sorry, hate to say that about any book)…

Historia
Dolli had a very hands-off approach to ruling her once booming village. She preferred to use her alchemical skills to brew a nice cup of tea and keep whiny petitioners off her lawn with Wendigo repellant. But she pays the price for her apathy when her neglected village transforms into a Dungeon, making it fair game for any Hero with a lust for loot.

Not sure What I expected..In the End, Decent Story
Revisado: 03-17-23
I’m not sure what I expected from this book, but overall the story premise was a good one. The story plotted along at a steady pace with some combat and arch nemesis being plated up regularly (actually the whole point).
This book is sort of the anti-hero, hero story, where One is cheering for the ‘monsters’ who are the Hero’s, and where the Hero’s are the Monsters…
