I’m not usually a fan of slow burn but this felt more plot driven and I loved it!! The FMC is a true independent woman who can take care of herself and the rest of the cast were well developed. Jumping right into book 2!

Always a 5 star for Jeanine and Tavia

My two favorites - Jeaniene Frost and Tavia Gilbert! This story was over too soon but I absolutely loved it. I hope one day Jeaniene will give us more of this story. Mara is a great FMC and reminds me a lot of Cat and Raphael is the gorgeous man of my dreams!

Great potential but lacks some depth (great smut read!)

This book had so much potential!

While I found the story interesting and felt the author had a great set up, I was left feeling like this was maybe a first draft. The character connection wasn't there, and it seemed a little juvenile. The language threw me off a bit also, the author seemed to really like throwing vulgar terms around everywhere no matter what situation is going on. For example, "cunt" seemed to be her go-to word to replace: female, vagina, weak, whore, partner, etc. to I guess make the bad guys look tougher?

While I appreciated the several sex scenes, after all I wanted a good smut book and that's why I picked this book up... I felt they were kind of superficial and again, I was thrown off by some of the wording. Not to mention, they didn't really seem to have a connection then all of a sudden were having an orgy.

I may still continue with the series to see where it is going, but I am hoping her writing gets better. I would love to see this world more developed and maybe even learn more about the wolves!

Cute short story

I enjoyed this little story and for those who want a quick cute romance, I would definitely recommend. I do wish the author took a little more time on the romance portion (the love making scene in particular) because it was rushed and kind of juvenile. Also, the female narrator was great but at some points she seemed monotonous (kind of emotionless, just reading and not in character). She has a very soothing voice though and I would definitely pick up another book read by her! (The male character didn’t really have much of a personality and didn’t contribute much so I don’t feel I can really critique the male narrator. )

My only complaint is I wanted to keep going

This is a story that hits you in your weak spots instantly. You connect with the characters as they are just starting out in their careers, trying to make their place in the company and do their jobs the best they can. Aifric and Carrie are such likable character and you’re rooting for them the whole time. I wanted to keep going and was sad the ending was so abrupt. Luckily, I just found out this is the prequel to “The Ruin”.

Easy moves but will definitely work you out!

Jaime did a great job to explain the exercises and make sure we were using proper form. I truly got a great workout today.

No treadmill no problem

I don’t have a treadmill so I just picked a trail that had varying small hills and attempted to match the speeds Jaime told us to walk or run during the session. I enjoyed that she still gave great cues on body mechanics and breathing.
