Great strength workout for a beginner...and post-workout for more experienced person
Two rounds of a comprehensive circuit. Program can be used as stand along strength workout for a beginner. Also can be used as a post-workout conditioning program for those that are more experienced.

Learning to Run at 56 Part 3
Ugh. I don’t like exercise. This one was the most challenging for me so far. All core exercises, which I know are key to running, but ugh! Happy to say this program kept me motivated enough to complete day 3. I went back to day 2 to get some steps in.

Easy moves but will definitely work you out!
Jaime did a great job to explain the exercises and make sure we were using proper form. I truly got a great workout today.
