I loved listening to Alisa Childers narrate her own book. Not only was the information great (I might do the Bible study at my church that she just released), but she has such a pleasant voice to listen to as well.

This was a very informative book and I highly recommend it. I also love that it was read by the author. I own a physical copy of this book, and I plan on going through this again in the physical book to catch anything I missed while listening.

This was a great listen. I know a lot of people were bothered by how the narrator pronounced the name of Voddie Baucham, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. And honestly the way he mispronounced the name just made me chuckle lol. Don’t let the other reviews scare you off if this is a book you are interested in listening to. It was great!

Amazing and inspiring

In addition to how amazing Nabeel's story is, it also gave me a new perspective on people of the muslim faith. I intend to learn even more about this topic. I would highly recommend this book to everyone, The grace that God showed him was beyond anything I have ever heard of... If Nabeel wasn't personally called by Christ, I don't know who is. What a blessed man!

Inspiring

Very powerful and inspiring story. This story may be fiction, but the fact that people in many countries go through these very things are not. It makes me feel blessed and humbled that I live in a country where I am allowed to practice my religious beliefs in safety. And perhaps one day I will do more then just pray for my persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ.

Absolutely amazing TRUE story. We have so much to be thankful for here in America where we enjoy the blessing of being able to worship freely. This is a book all believers should hear.

Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely LOVED this book, and I would recommend it to children and adults alike. It's a relatively short book in comparison to most (of the ones I usually read anyway), which made it a quick and fun listen (I Audible'd this one, which actually made it even more enjoyable due to the narrator being fantastic). Overall, very funny and interesting book, and one that will be getting added to my list of favorites, as well as one that I will probably listen to again, which is something that I very rarely do.
