Historia
When Cherringham choir stalwart Arthur Chisholm is robbed in the dead of night, ending up in hospital, it seems he's just the victim of bad luck. Bad timing too, since he will now miss the choir's special holiday performance of Handel's Messiah - to be performed with scores of other local choirs, in London's Royal Albert Hall. But as more of their fellow choir members are burgled, Jack and Sarah realise these crimes are no coincidence.

I’ve listened to the entire series. This one was ok, not as good as most of the others.

Very abrupt end
Revisado: 02-15-16
This book needs a proper epilogue. It's present conclusion is abrupt and most unsatisfying. Had I known how inconclusive and unfulfilling the end would be I never would have purchased this book.

Fascinating Man Presented in a Dull Manner
Revisado: 01-05-16
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Because there are so many other very engaging books about Churchill, don't waste your time with this one. Only an academic could take such a fascinating subject and make it dull.

Historia
After a showdown with the notorious Yemeni terrorist known as The Panther, John Corey has left the Anti-Terrorist Task Force and returned home to New York City, taking a job with the Diplomatic Surveillance Group. Although Corey's new assignment with the DSG - surveilling Russian diplomats working at the UN Mission - is thought to be "a quiet end", he is more than happy to be out from under the thumb of the FBI and free from the bureaucracy of office life.

Twice the Talk, Half the Action
Revisado: 05-30-15
Would you try another book from Nelson DeMille and/or Scott Brick?
Scott Brick is as good as ever. DeMille's latest version of John Corey has twice the dialogue and half the action of his first Corey books, which were outstanding.
Would you recommend Radiant Angel to your friends? Why or why not?
No
Which scene was your favorite?
Where the bad guy got shot.
Do you think Radiant Angel needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Not unless they are more like the first 3 Corey books were.

Why do they always drop their gun!?
Revisado: 05-26-15
An average story in which the main good guy figures far too many things out based on lucky hunches rather than clever deductive reasoning. And I am so weary of authors having the good guys ALWAYS drop their gun during any skirmish.

All Talk With Only a Little Action at the End
Revisado: 10-28-12
What disappointed you about The Panther?
This book is hours and hours of background information with hardly any action until the very end.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Grisham's new book.
Which scene was your favorite?
The last 90 minutes of the book was great. The first 18 hours was often boring.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment because I have enjoyed the author's previous books.
Any additional comments?
If you must listen to this, buy the abridged version. You won't miss anything important.

Uninspired and Unfulfilling
Revisado: 01-31-06
After hours of uninspired dialogue and dull and unimaginative attempts to create a little action that never ever really piqued my curiosity, this book suddenly comes to a completely unfulfilling ending. If you want good action read Vince Flynn or Daniel Silva and stay away from this book.

Corny Songs, Speakers Talk Too Fast
Revisado: 11-25-05
I am surprised this product got good reviews.
I found 2/3 of the songs to be corny and unsingable.
If you want to be taught by people who speak clearly and at a pace slow enough to understand, this is not the product for you.
