Historia
The world watches the sky with trepidation. The insanity of Xenocide knew no bounds, and all will soon suffer the effects he had planned for a millennium. Though none know what is to come, they all know it isn't going to be easy to survive. The Master has a plan, one that can give the world at large a way to escape the onrushing desolation. It may be on the bleeding edge of morality and what he needs might prove too difficult to secure, but the Master asks for trust. Cal and Dale both have their role to play as the world hurtles toward destruction.

it's like the whole book has been recast
Revisado: 11-13-19
As a fan of the prior 4 books i am extremely disheartened in the change of voice actors. The change was the equivalent of recasting a whole sit com. Mannerism, accents, and the range are all missing. "from the original voice actor"
Story wise i can only say "Meh" i only had one or two good belly laughs and the ending felt a bit rushed and incomplete but that also could be because I couldn't tell who was being narrated at the time.
I feel bad for Luke for being put in this situation but it's impossible to do a recast and please everyone.

Historia
A magical serial killer is on the loose, and gelatinous, otherworldly creatures are infesting the English countryside. Which is making life for the Ministry of Occultism difficult, because magic is supposed to be their best kept secret. After centuries in the shadows, the Ministry is forced to unmask, exposing the country's magical history - and magical citizens - to a brave new world of social media, government scrutiny, and public relations.

Harry potter meats The politically correct police
Revisado: 09-21-18
Too me this was the most entertaining listening experience I've had. Yahtzee's whit is sharp and to the point. he is a great story teller. great twist I did have it figured mostly out by the reveal. but it was gratifying when it happened. Not that it is mentioned much in the audio-book, but you might want to have listened to Mogworld first just to have the satisfaction of knowing what they are talking about when it is mentioned.

Historia
An 11-year-old boy's violated corpse is found in a town park. Eyewitnesses and fingerprints point unmistakably to one of Flint City's most popular citizens. He is Terry Maitland, Little League coach, English teacher, husband, and father of two girls. Detective Ralph Anderson, whose son Maitland once coached, orders a quick and very public arrest. Maitland has an alibi, but Anderson and the district attorney soon add DNA evidence to go with the fingerprints and witnesses. Their case seems ironclad.

At first a hard listen for a new father
Revisado: 09-21-18
This was a very hard to listen to book for me as new father of a boy. This was also my first Stephen King audio book so take this with a grain of salt. The world building seem a bit excessive to the point if you pay attention in the first few chapters to could about wrap up the whole book. I will say i have seen a lot of Stephen king movies so it can be a bit predictable. After a while i did get a connection with the main characters and got into the story. so no spoilers here but the Climax to me was a bummer, The voice actor did an excellent job. All in all the excessive world building and the bummer of a climax killed 2 stars for me. It was ok, it kept me entertained for a while.
