Gone Too Far
Revisado: 01-25-25
I absolutely loved this book! I love this series, but this book in particular I love the character of Sam starete! He is one of my favorite characters in the troubleshooters series by Linda Howard. It is so well written, she writes three stories and they all tied together in the end. It was really great to go back in the life of Sam Stewart to when he was young, I truly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anybody. It’s a great read.

I found this book completely frustrating
Revisado: 11-09-19
I absolutely loved the male character In this book. He was awesome. He was honest open sincere loving compassionate and understanding the female character this story female Eleanor “Ellie” Her character completely frustrated me. I understand that at different points throughout the book it was explained why she was the way she was but after a while the insecurities, self doubt and negativity got really old. I thought?”Ellie was mean and selfish to the male character “Shay” It drove me crazy. I got completely frustrated with the female character I that I almost stopped listening ing to the book. I always finish what I start and thought maybe it would get better it did to a point but by the end of this book I found myself glad it was finished. I also would like to say that being from Boston the narrator way over did a Boston accent. . That is another reason I found this book frustrating. There were times throughout this book I stopped and wasn’t sure I was going to finish but I did because I thought it would get better. Listening to book is supposed to be enjoyable. For the majority of this book the only thing I found myself being is frustrated..I won’t tell you that I didn’t enjoy certain parts of the book but overall I would not recommend this book. In my opinion not a good read.

Historia
The first book in the scorching new Hot Jocks series by New York Times best-selling author Kendall Ryan - available in audio first! I've never been so stupid in my entire life. Elise Parrish, my teammate's incredibly sweet and gorgeous younger sister, should have been off-limits, but my hockey stick didn't get the memo. After our team won the championship, our flirting turned physical, and I took her to bed. Then shame sent her running the next morning from our catastrophic mistake.

This was a great read
Revisado: 08-24-19
When I first started to read this book I was frustrated but as I kept listening. I kept listing and boy am I glad I did. It really had a great story I loved it. As I got in to the story I was hooked. It was hot and steamy, and sweet and the relations and interaction between the characters were great. You get a background story behind both of the main characters and it explains the the reasons behind the parts of the story that I was frustrated with. The two people who narrated the book did a great job as well. It also wasn’t a book that abruptly ended I think they did a great job from beginning to end with the story I would recommend this to anybody and everybody who wants to read a good book.

I loved this book and the books that followed
Revisado: 05-15-19
This book was recommended to me by my niece. I am so glad I read this book and the ones that followed. I love the characters. It’s so funny because at times I was totally sucked in and times I was frustrated you went through the gamut of emotions but I just loved the characters the girl who read this book did a fantastic job on both male and female characters. In my opinion once you started reading you couldn’t stop and I couldn’t wait to get to the next book and the book after that I found the fourth book in the series to be the toughest to get through but it finishes it I find that the fourth book is rush they could’ve made a fifth with the information they put at the end of the fourth book of the series. I would definitely recommend this whole series.

Revisado: 10-21-18
I love the storyline in this book everything about it was terrific I would re-read this one. I loved the two lead characters. The way the relationship came about with the underlying romance building as the author went further into the storyline. Thought it was fantastic. The narrator who read this book was awesome. I have listened to one other book that she’s narrated and found her really fun to listen to. I would recommend this book to. I would recommend this book everybody! It’s fantastic.

"Of all of my novels, After the Night remains one of my personal favorites – and Faith Devlin and Gray Rouillard are two of my favorite characters. Faith is strong, proud, and fearless, and Gray – well, he’s just downright sexy. Faith’s search for the truth about the devastating scandal surrounding her mother and Gray’s father blazes with intrigue. Add some sultry Southern hear, and you’ve got a real scorcher of a listen." A review on Lina Howard’s latest novel
Revisado: 05-20-18
I am a huge fan of Linda Howard and have read just about everything she’s punished. As a matter of fact I could wait for this want to come out. I liked the story for the most part.. It was humorous at times and I really liked the characters but it lacked romance and I found myself frustrated that she waited so long to put he two main characters together. The language she used was guttural and harsh at times in description which in my opinion is not like her with regard to the many of other books that I have read that she has written . Usually she does an awesome job writing a strong story with a good mix of suspense and romance in the story. This was different. It had a good story and at times were suspenseful but in my opinion this was different. It really.lacked the romance in the story that she is usually really good at.. She usually does phenomenal when it comes to romance and there was some but very little. I also always like a happy ending but I thought in this book the ending was rushed. I would’ve liked more details about their wedding and what happened to the other characters did as well. The ending seemed seemed abrupt and short. I was somewhat disappointed with this book. It wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from her stories.
