this book is not too detailed but provides you enough information in steps to assist you with your journey to start a box truck company. The steps and instructions are very clear, he even goes as far as providing you some information and things that you can search for on the internet to assist you, provides you with prices of things so you know what to expect and you know which things you can do on your own and what things you may need assistance with doing. I really like this book and which I had it my first time I tried to do a transportation company , maybe I wouldn't have lost the money that I did loose, going to continue to use this book this time around.

Wow James Patterson has done it again; he has me at the end of my seat with this murder mystery; it is packed with action and suspense. I enjoyed every second of it, and listened to it in 1 day. I just wish that Audible had the complete whole series, I want to go back and listen to book 1, and I am ready to find out what happens next; this book leaves you on edge, ready to find out what is the plan that Patty and Jasmine have prepared.

Slow to start but ends great
Revisado: 09-18-23
Eli and his best friend Randy are 2 of the 30 kids who live in a nice, save place called Serenity, they start to find out that what they thought was real, really isn't' and not only is the town fake but everything they thought to be true about their lives is turning out to be fake. This book is exciting, I don't have a young child but I still enjoyed the story line and the different cliffhangers that they experience. The only thing that I don't like is that one of the narrators, who does the voice for Malik has a horrible voice when he is imitating Tory. The ending will leave you running to get the second book to see how the story continues.

Edge of my seat the whole time
Revisado: 09-18-23
I'm a James Patterson fan and I am a fan of this book now as well. It’s a small beautiful island, with some of the best combination of characters you will ever hear. The book has various different short crimes that are solved quickly, but also some tie into a bigger crime that you never see coming because you are focused on the little ones. There are secrets, blackmail, fraud, and murder, this is just a great mystery novel. Only thing that I am not a fan of is the ending, it just leaves you on a cliff, but it sets the scene for if a second book is written. If a second book comes out I will be one of the first to read it.

The Lincoln Lawyer can't be stopped.
Revisado: 06-06-21
Mickey Haller is back but this book will shock you. Our favorite famous defense attorney is pulled over by an officer for a routine stop, but then blood starts dripping from his trunk and that is when this story starts to get really good, and gets really bad for Mickey. To clear his name Mickey has to play two roles and defend himself, he is one of the best lawyers and an amazing father but now the court is trying to find out if he is a killer too. He needs all the help he can get since he is forced to build his case all from his jail cell. But when Mickey gets hurt really bad while leaving the courts this case takes a turn for the worse. Mickey is forced to make a serious decision on how to defend himself and protect himself. this book is one of the best Mickey Haller books I have heard, you will not be disappointed with all the great characters that paly a role in helping Mickey prove his innocence. We all know that Mickey is innocent but the plots against him and who ever is framing him has been doing some homework on him the events that take place will keep you on the edge of your sear rooting for the good guy. Peter Giles brings life into Mickey Haller to me, something about his tone and voice he can make me feel the aggravation that the character has at times, really all the emotions.

Back when Harry Bosch was just a rookie homicide detective, he had an inspiring mentor who taught him to take the work personally and light the fire of relentlessness for every case. Now that mentor, John Jack Thompson, is dead, but after his funeral his widow hands Bosch a murder book that Thompson took with him when he left the LAPD 20 years before - the unsolved killing of a troubled young man in an alley used for drug deals.

another cold case
Revisado: 06-03-21
If you don't pay attention to this book it can get a bit confusing because Bosh is helping work 3 different cases in this book, I like it because he is partnered with Renee again and he is partnered with his half brother Mickey. When Harry was a rookie detective his mentor John Thompson helped him grow into the detective that he is today, well now that John has passed away his wife found a whole murder book in his office and gave it to Bosh, it bothered Bosh because it has been 20 years since John left the force and this case is still unsolved which is of a killing of a troubled young man in an ally that was mostly used for drugs. Many questions run through his mind, Why this case? and why did John take the murder book and keep it? now Harry is working this cold case with the help of Renee. While this is going on Renee is working a midnight shift case which she gets some assistance from Harry on as well these two are becoming an great team

Ballard kicks him out but then checks into the case herself, and it brings a deep tug of empathy and anger. Bosch is investigating the death of 15-year-old Daisy Clayton, a runaway on the streets of Hollywood who was brutally murdered and her body left in a dumpster like so much trash. Now, Ballard joins forces with Bosch.

different but still good
Revisado: 06-03-21
This book starts of differently from the eyes of LAPD detective Renee Ballard, it’s a different way to introduce Bosch into this story, Renee catches him breaking into the file cabinets to look for a file on Daisy, if you don't remember hearing the name Daisy then I suggest you going back to the prior book "Two kinds of Truth" and paying attention to one of the characters that Harry interacts with a lot in that book to find out some history behind why Bosch is so fixated on finding out information on Daisy Clayton and what happened to her those years ago. When Renee catches Bosch she gets together with him to try and help him solve this case and look into 15yr old Daisy Clayton. This story is different it has 2 different narrators (Christine Lakin reading through Renee Ballard's eyes, and Titus Welliver reading through Harry Bosch's eyes) I must say it does take a while to get into, I can't put my finger on it but this book is very different from the normal Harry Bosh books that we are used to. For me it started off slow and didn't really pick up for me, it actually took me a while to get through this book, don't get me wrong the story is still good, it just threw me at times when the change in narrators and how it isn't them reading the specific character's parts, they are reading whole sections so there are times you will hear Christine narrate for both Renee and Harry and vs versa for Titus. Other than that, it is still a nice story.
