The story was solid, characters decent, but it felt rushed somehow. I didn't feel invested in the world. so much potential to be the new Harry Potter, but the story was told in one book instead of 3. I didn't get the feeling of the atmosphere or really learn about the character. They seemed out of place, I didn't understand the reasoning. I don't know... I don't regret spending the credit, it was a decent book for sure, but I think I was hoping for more.

The story is still entertaining. I am getting what I expect at this point. But this book really felt like trying to close up all the existing storyline in order to move on to next things.

it's a cool overpowered story. dragons, demons, dwarves, elves and all that goodness. the magic system is very light, so don't expect to be delving deep into that. although you should know that already if you are reading this book.

I truly enjoy the OP MC stories. And this is it. I am also glad that the sexualization is kept quite muted.

Political intrigue and odd space battles

I enjoy personally OverPowered MainCharacters, and this defenitively has that, but I am constantly frustrated by something that I can't put my finger on.

The narration is very good quality, but the voice range is not really wide enough to recognize characters by voice. But most of the time I was able to figure out who was talking based on the context.

The real hook of this story is that there is a secret hidden in the history that the MC is trying to uncover. And everybody wants to be in on the secrets. At this point though, I feel like it will be a letdown.

But if you enjoy some semi realistic spacecombat with 10 minute lag between shots eventually hitting, or if you enjoy some light detective intrigue, or the MC flexing his OP tricks a couple of times,
then this might be a book for you.

LitRPG from a female perspective

I am quite sure this is written by a woman. The story "feels" different. There is some mystery and some OP moments. but mostly it's a feelgood social story. I bought the 3rd book in the series already. Really looking forward to it, kinda worried though, since the author might not deal with the academy the way I would enjoy it. But a decent series so far.

I enjoyed the book. Some detective stuff, but not to the extent that you could really try to figure out yourself who might be guilty, just enough so that it isn't too obvious. There is a slight harem forming, but nothing too explicit. The MC is extremely clueless.

It was light enough to allow me to do other things like dishes or repairs while listening.
