What a story!!

I did not expect such an emotional book and the narrator was very good. Its been a while since I've actually submitted a written review but had to get this out. So very well written and main characters back stories flushed out beautifully although sadly at times. Started off slow and after a few chapters picks up and hooked me in where I just couldn't stop listening, but I did, however not for long. This is unlike anything I have personally listened to and I have a very flush library. I've started the next book and glad the story continues with familiar characters, but I'm still thinking about Jude and Blake. Sorry I waited so long from my wish list.

I love these shorts by the author. As usual, she puts it all out there and Michael's narration is awesome. One of the best parts for me is that Uber ride and you meet Travis and Azrael. Did I want a longer story, yes I always want more from these shorts but Ms. Lennox knows what she's doing because I keep clicking again and again. 👍

Really liked the pace of the story, low angst and a really fun love story. I just finished it too fast and wanted more. This usually happens when I listen to Nick Russo. I have so many where he narrates. Hockey player and single dad story and both these guys are described as yummie yummie...lol. Was worth my credit and the time. Is a favorite for me and will listen again if I need a break from those angsty stories I can't stay away from. Oh and there is some hockey stuff too! Books 1 and 2 were short and sweet in this series but I really liked this one.

Great story, interesting characters and different storyline. I snapped this book up right away and wasn't disappointed. I can count on this author to bring me out of my book slump. Some stories are a yawn and often predictable with the same old plot but this one was refreshing. Totally held my interest the whole time. But what now..I finished it too soon. Oh well, time to start surfing for something just as good. Will listen again at some point and should mention narrator is great too; he always is. Harlan and Weber a great dynamic duo. 👍👌

Excellent series!!

I love this author and the narration is so good. Nick Russo has always been a favorite narrator and he is just so good here. Easy listening with sweet characters that flow to the next book and can't wait to see whats up and with Josiah and Shay. Sometimes I take a break in between books and listen to another genre so I don't get bored but not with this series. The Valor and Doyle series was fun and entertaining but this series I Iike even more. No point in repeating the storyline since that's already been done but I had to say I just loved the previous book with Easton and Lachian and looking forward to continuing on. My suspicions about Knox here proved to be true and its the writing and development of the characters in each book that keep me listening. Xoxo ❤️🥂👍

I love the author and J.F. Harding is a definite fav narrator. Story starts off with us meeting Carson along with his grumpiness and he's got reasons too. Then there's Davis who we meet next in a restaurant and we see him get fired and blamed Carson but truthfully he wasn't very good at this job. Carson's mom is next and I liked how she got these two together. I also liked the flow of the story and of course there were some characters you have to warm up to but that's the fun sometimes. For me this was a low angst sexy story I finished very quickly that I really enjoyed a lot. I was rolling my eyes at Davis mom sometimes but I got over it. Both Carson and Davis made some not so good decisions in their love life but we get to hear them work thru their issues and bring us that HEA we all love and need. I've already added this one to my favorites.

Pretty darn good...

What do you get when Sarina Bowen is the author and Teddy and Jacob are the narrators...a freakin' re-listen that's what. Thoroughly entertaining with great characters. I do the start, stop a lot lately with some books, but not this one. And I loved the interior design storyline in a hockey romance. Simple, sweet and fun.

Great addition to the series

I think when I started this series the author and narrator were new to me at book 10. Of course I went back and either via ebook or audible I am all caught up. I love these endearing and quirky characters whether brash, loud or not. Our main character DC Logan is truly the heart of these stories and how they're told. I especially liked this book. I always like when you get a healthy dose of humor and mystery to keep you hanging on. I hope the series continues. I knocked this one out in 2 days.

No to the female Narrator!!🚫

I like the male narrator well enough but 8 chapters in and I've skipped the female narrator chapters so I'm obviously missing details in the storyline. The story is dark and I knew that when purchased. So glad I didn't waste a credit and purchased on sale, otherwise I'd be returning this one. Having trouble continuing so have to stop. And based on the reviews, I'm doing myself a favor. Another female narrator might have made this more tolerable. Hate when one of the narrators causes an unfavorable review but I wanted to give the book and this female narrator a try. Lesson learned. I will listen to Patrick Zeller again.

Oh I loved these characters. I'm one of those listeners all over the place with my fav genres. This is another of my favorite listens this year. I think I missed 1 book in this series and skipped to this one. Beautiful characters, great narration, fantastic story and loved the epilogue and HEA. You do hear about some of the other characters from previous books which I always enjoy. I would love to say more but don't like to spoil anything. And if you like the earlier books and enjoy MM romance, you should adore these two, especially the Brit! 😊🥂
